Things to do and places to see: When you arrive at the resort the staff will provide you with a magazine that covers the local area. You also have a handy Guest Information Book in your unit to peruse for local information. IPI also provides handy internet ready computers in the lobby for your use. Please feel free to ask our staff for recommendations to local attractions. We hope you will enjoy your stay in beautiful Coachella valley.
All of the units are identical in their lay out; they are seven hundred square feet. Maximum occupancy is six people with a recommendation of four or less. All units have one bathroom.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The office closes at 7:00 p.m. on those two days; all other days the office closes at 5:00 p.m. A Security Deposit of $150 is required at check-in. You may do this with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, a debit Visa, personal check (US funds), or exact cash. Your card is not charged, only an authorization. No refund is required with this process.
